Thank you so very much for coming back yesterday to tweak the heat pump. The differential in the fan speeds in the heat mode is now very acceptable for sleeping. We haven't tried it in cool mode naturally but hopefully it will be similar. I am a surprised this is not addressed by Ruud since surely other attic installations face the same issue and I have never run into it before after installing over a half dozen a/c and heat pumps during my life. Other units we've had, including the one installed downstairs here three years ago, seems to match the manual fan on speed with the heat or cool speed. If you ever come across another solution let me know and I'll ask you back on a paid service call. But, we are satisfied and again thanks for taking the time to address our concerns and so quickly.
I wanted to comment on our total experience with your firm. We found your crew to be extremely polite and upbeat and dedicated to getting the job done right. Frankly coming from Maryland it was a welcomed change. You and they also made a real effort to be neat and clean up after yourselves which goes a long way with wives. Your team was not just professional but gracious and respectful. Thanks also for doing the extra vent work, it has already made a big difference in heat in the bathroom. And, for putting the railing back. Above and beyond.
